Surrogates
I wonder if you guys have heard or seen the advertisements for the new movie "Surrogates". I recently watched a the movie "Gamer" and the two seem pretty similar to me. In both movies you are allowed to pick and control someone, also as though you're playing a role playing game like Maple Story. To live in a world like that.. I don't know. It's something I can barely begin to fathom. To me and I'm sure to many others as well, there's something about the unknown that is more than a little scary. I'm pretty happy being me and wouldn't give up being me. However on the flip side of the coin, what if you could live out all your dreams and not bear the consequences. Act out, go crazy, walk on the wild side. I might just want to own a Surrogate, just to satisfy my curiosity. I am gagging to know what it would be like to go absolutely crazy and not have to bear the consequences. I'd want to party like a rock star! I'd do all the crazy things I never dared to do. Like getting my naval pierced or going sky diving. However, I wouldn't want to live through my Surrogate forever. What would be the point of life if you were living through someone else? I'd want to live through my own body, see things through my own eyes, feel things with my own skin and taste with my own mouth. I wonder if technology in the future would be this advanced and what if scientists actually come up with something similar to this? With two movies featuring the same concept recently, I wouldn't be surprised. But still, I wonder.

And we'll withstand the test of time
Darling and I went to watch The Time Traveler's Wife today. It was a really good show, though I felt it didn't do justice to the book. It always seems that way, that the book is always better than the movie. But still, the movie's worth watching. I cried, as usual. I always think that any movie that makes me cry is worth watching. I give it 4 popcorns. If you're too lazy to read the book, you should watch the movie. Or if you've already read the book, you should watch the movie so you can criticise it. I think Rachel Mcadams acted really well. The last time I saw her act was in Mean Girls, very drastic change. I love wathcing movies with my boyfriend, he's always there to hold me and dry my tears (:
It was a really good day apart from getting my retainers which are really annoying. I keep playing with them, popping them in and out. Heh. I love you baby, thanks for the wonderful day (:
